Loopie is a LIFESAVER!! After our washer broke down at our business we were freaking out- we go through dozens of towels per hour and it was pretty much worse case scenario, and over a weekend where it was near impossible to get repairs done. We had a ton of laundry to get done and FAST.
We immediately called Loopie Laundry and they came through within hours (late on a Saturday night!) and dropped of the laundry less then 20 hours later, all ready to go for our clients.
They offered us multiple options, explained every throughly, and were able to pick up laundry again on Sunday, and offered another early drop off once again on Monday. The laundry came back in clean, chic duffle bags with everything folded beautifully with dryer sheets to help it smell fresh.
Customer service was spot on- speaking from people who work in customer service full time- they really went above and beyond (John is awesome- nicest guy.) for us and we will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you Loopie!!
