Our drivers will bring two complimentary Loopie duffel bags when they arrive to pickup your order. If your laundry cannot fit inside the quantity of bags ordered you may be subject to additional charges.
We currently offer our services in Seattle WA, Bellevue WA, Portland OR, Denver CO, Austin TX, Chicago IL, Washington D.C. with more areas coming soon!
Loopie is proud to offer dry cleaning in select markets. As of now those markets are Austin, TX and Denver, CO. Please check back for further updates.
Our drivers take care to pickup during your selected time slot so you know when to expect us. Feel free to leave your order at your doorstep or transfer to your driver when they arrive.
Yes. Settings are applied on a per order basis, so if you need items washed separately simply place another order with your desired time slot and wash settings!
Try not to overstuff your duffle; if you can zip it shut completely we’ll wash it! Otherwise, you may be charged for an additional bag.
Look out for a color coded tag on the side of your duffel bags. This tag helps our washers and drivers tell orders apart and keeps your socks safe and sound!
