For your first pick up, please pack your laundry in 13-gallon plastic bags. Your clean laundry will be returned in the Loopie Duffels, which are yours to keep!
Our standard Loopie Duffel has a capacity of 13 gallons, holding up to 20lbs of laundry, ~1-2 loads of laundry!
We currently offer our services in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Portland, San Diego, Seattle, Washington D.C. and more areas coming soon!
Our drivers take care to pick up during your selected time slot so you know when to expect us. Feel free to leave your Loopie duffel (or in a 13-gallon plastic bag for first timers) at your doorstep or hand the bag to our driver to your driver when they arrive.
Yes, each bag is washed as one load. If you prefer to have your items washed separately, simply put them in different duffel bags.
Wash: Warm (default) / Cold / Hot
Dry: Regular (default) / Delicate
Detergent: Dropps Clean Scent (default) / Lavender Eucalyptus / Unscented / Fresh Scent Sensitive Skin
You can also provide your own detergent!
You can select the wash and dry settings of each duffel bag simply noting your preferred option on the notecard located on the side pocket of the bag.
If you can zip the bag shut completely we’ll wash it! Otherwise you may be charged for an additional bag.
To ensure smooth Operations for our drivers and washers, each missed pick up/delivery will be charged a fee of $10.00 or 30% of order value (whichever is greater).
